At KULU1.COM, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because most products sold through our platform are printed on demand and produced specifically for each order, our refund policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
• The item received is damaged during production or shipping.
• The wrong item was received.
• The product contains a significant printing defect.
• The order is incomplete due to an error on our part.
Requests for refunds or replacements must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Because books are printed specifically for each order, we do not offer refunds or returns for:
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect information provided by the customer, including shipping addresses.
• Minor variations in color, paper texture, or printing that do not affect readability.
• Orders placed by mistake.
• Delays caused by customs, postal services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
Upon verification, KULU1 may provide a replacement copy, store credit, or a refund at its discretion.
INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once a book has entered production, the order cannot be cancelled because it is printed specifically for the customer.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days to appear in your account.
AUTHOR SERVICES
Fees paid for publishing, design, formatting, marketing, promotional services, or other author-related services are generally non-refundable once work has begun or services have been delivered.
Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KULU1 shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from delayed shipments, printing delays, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

KULU1 reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
